How do the low prices come about?
We offer new goods from well-known manufacturers, which come from customer returns from large online marketplaces such as "MediaMarkt" or "Amazon". This enables us to offer the latest technology at the lowest price.
What is your return policy?
You can return your purchased items within a period of 14 days if you do not like them. Even if the item is defective, we will of course take it back or exchange it if necessary.
Can I buy gift vouchers from you?
Yes. Under the "Gift Vouchers" section, there is an option to buy a gift voucher for yourself or someone else.
What payment methods are there?
We offer all common payment methods such as SEPA transfer, Paypal or Visa. Alternatively, you can also pay in cash upon collection.
